Description	Jean-Paul Schmitt is producing his wellknown Rittersberg wines in the heart of Alsace in Scherwiller. Since 2005 the production is organic but was as natural as possible for the past years. Winner of many national and international awards: Vinalies Nationales and Internationales. Small production but all hand-picked grapes only. Very low average production of about 40 Hl / hectare for high concentration wines. Excellent wines that can be stored for often more than 10 - 15 years.
